Guten tag! Warm greetings from St. Matthew’s Lutheran Church! We are inviting you to join us for our highly anticipated Tenth Annual Oktoberfest at St. Matthew’s. With great excitement, we present to you an extraordinary event filled with live music, authentic German cuisine, a lively biergarten featuring local craft beers, a German bakery, a spirited Kinderzone, German Chorales & Hymns, visits by Charleston Mayor, William S. Cogswell, Jr., local leaders, and even an appearance by the legendary German reformer, Martin Luther! This celebration is set in the beautiful St. Matthew’s Courtyard on King Street at Marion Square.
