We enjoy gathering to share in fellowship, but even more, we want to make a positive impact in our local community. Hence, every penny collected from Oktoberfest is dedicated to serving and reaching out to those in need. In the spirit of our mission, this year’s proceeds will provide crucial support to St. Matthew’s English as a Second Language and Masama Girls School, Tanzania.

The mission of the English Language Program at St. Matthew’s Lutheran Church is “Helping non-native English speakers improve their English speaking and listening skills for family, work and independent life in the United States.”
